Iris Krijt
Iris joined Apollo in 2026 and brings over 17 years of experience across executive search, leadership advisory, consulting, technology, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Apollo, she was a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she advised clients across Dutch, European, and global markets on executive appointments, leadership assessment, succession planning, and board effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Iris spent more than 14 years at IBM, holding leadership positions across software, cloud, services, and ecosystem partnerships. She led complex transformation and integration programmes, managed large cross-functional teams, and worked closely with executive stakeholders to drive growth, operational excellence, and organizational change.
Combining a background in business, technology, and psychology, Iris brings a distinctive perspective on leadership and organizational effectiveness. She holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Clinical Psychology and is passionate about helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that create sustainable impact.
