Pleun van Engen
Pleun works closely with CEOs, founders and investors across a broad range of industries to advise on leadership challenges and executive appointments. With more than 10 years of experience in leadership advisory and executive search, she advises clients on succession planning, talent development and leadership capability aligned to long-term business objectives.
Before joining Apollo, Pleun was a senior consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led the European Supply Chain Practice and worked extensively across the energy and industrial sectors. She began her career as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Allen & Overy.
Pleun holds a Master’s degree in Law from Maastricht University.
Outside of work, she enjoys board games, travelling, skiing and spending time outdoors with her family.
