Thirza Wolfs
Thirza supports entrepreneurs and investors across industries on C-suite search and leadership assessment mandates. Thirza is the Practice lead for Consumer & Business Services. She furthermore focuses on leadership advisory for Family Companies across industries and broader Healthcare.
Prior to joining Apollo, she worked at Diageo, where she focused on Executive Hiring for the top leadership positions globally. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 15 years with international executive search firms Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds Associates, advising clients across the consumer, retail, technology and professional services sectors.
Thirza holds an MSc in Political Science from VU University Amsterdam. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and has a strong interest in Italy, cooking, culture and outdoor activities including hiking, skiing and cycling.
